When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?

To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of roasting.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency to save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your account.

Are your coffee bags compostable?

Sustainability is core to our mission. Our packaging is designed with high-barrier materials that are recyclable in many municipal programs, and we are actively transitioning to fully compostable options.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you provide grind options for different brewing methods?

Absolutely. While we recommend whole bean for maximum freshness, you can select specific grinds for drip, French press, espresso, or cold brew at checkout.
