Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your coffee gear is in its original packaging or report any issues with coffee freshness within 30 days of your purchase date.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer support group with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items being returned, including the original packing slip, and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
